Solstice, Colorado and leaving 2024 to 2024

                Perhaps the Solstice can allow for a ‘Christmas Truce’ but then came the Colorado decision, along with all the implications involved. Perhaps the case can be taken up after the new year, but I can’t let that go until then, and it is based on 2016 and the dark truth that led to the election disaster.  What is not said is the true reason why Hillary lost, it was because of Democratic inability to take the election seriously.  Rush, Trump and Uncle Rupert laugh with Satin, as Lamestream media talk about Russian Interference in the locker room of the Federalist Society, as Leonard Leo prepares the list for Supreme Court Nominations. 

            2016 hangs over the question of weather or not Trump should be allowed to be on any ballot more than January 6th, and it is not the first time that we as Americans have faced such a dilemma. It happened after the first Civil War when we faced the problem of what to do with those who took up arms against America as we now know it. The results was the 14th amendment which made clear that anyone who took an oath to the Constitution and then took up arms against the same should never be allowed to hold elected dog catcher going forward.  If you ask me, I would ask for due process, which should be a conviction in the January 6th case at least, but perhaps the congressional investigation would count as due process, but the 14th amendment clearly has a far lower bar for Trump’s removal from the ballot. This is the law.

            If this reality is so clear, then why is there a spectrum consensus between MSNBC and Fox ‘news’ that believes that the Supreme Court will overturn this, to the point that it is a given that the Supreme Court will use whatever weak argument to overturn the Colorado decision?  Why does lamestream media and the Democrats believe that the 6-3 majority will ignore the ‘Original Intent’ of the framers of the Constitution they hold dear. The answer is simple, it does not suit the incoherent whims of the Republican Party, so they will ignore this president as they did with Bush v Gore and the Dobbs Decision. They will be more concerned with silencing the cries of hypocrisy than any concern to ‘Original Intent’ as demonstrated in the dissent from Alito in the Abortion Pill debate, while shuffling off on some expensive vacation.  At least that is my gut instinct, which is rarely wrong.

The real question is how and why lamestream media and a large group of  Democratic Rip Van Winkle’s screaming this on MSNBC? This litigation was brought by the last vestiges of the republican party independent of Trump, this is understood, so why is MSNBC and lamestream media saying this? They probably fear a repeat of 2016, perhaps it is well founded if you believe the polls out that predict gloom and doom for Biden and the Democrats. The problem is they still claim to want Trump in the race…why?  The claim seems to be founded in the belief that if they win, it will finally shut Trump and rogue elephants up once and for all. Fact check, I knew in 2016 that Trump would not concede whenever he lost, too bad it took till 2020 to be proven correct, but I didn’t believe he would stage January 6th, if that is important. What the Democrats and lamestream media don’t understand is that Trump and his band of rogue elephants don’t follow rules of political etiquette that they doesn’t suit their purposes while demanding that lamestream media discredit  the ‘woke ideology’ that has taken root in the progressive wing of the Democratic Party. Perhaps it is tied to the gloom and doom over recent polls that claim that Melania should be measuring the drapes to the White House. The real problem is in this perception among sleeping Democrats and lamestream media that can only see doom and gloom. We are better off understanding that we lost in 2016 because of turnout in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, and not because of ‘Russian interference,’ but that doesn’t suit the media. They sell more advertisement in doom and gloom, and to many of us are either sleeping or too tired from our jobs and would rather have a Merry Christmas and who will win the super bowl this year. Don’t panic, I still want everyone to have a Merry Christmas and will watch the Super Bowl with the rest of you. Keep your job too, for now I understand if you are not transfixed with politics, just remember this when you see these polls. They are probably answered by your next door neighbors who are bringing either the beer to the Super Bowl party or the Nachos to your place for new years. Is that right, or is it the other way around, champaign for Christmas, that’s not right, now who did I tell that pollster that champaign trumps nachos for Christmas Dinner? Can I get the score to the super bowl if I sit on Santa’s lap and ask? We have a better chance getting the score of the Super Bowl and a pair of skates than predicting the 2024 election. So, I will not mind these polls and whatever the Supreme Court does till early next year, who knows I might party with them on the Las Vegas Strip in the meantime. I will save what I really feel should be done, and give them a chance to do the right thing, because I am not sure what that is. Perhaps a prayer is in order, but Jesus just came and he has some killer home-made wine.
