Disapointed

I am disappointed with Judge Juan Merchan, perhaps because he has been able to  resist the current counter-karmic cultural flow, up to now. Yes, the judge did postpone the trial because there was no way to do so without calling our trump’s lawyers for their hypocritical abuse of constitutional freedoms. Perhaps he had to do this now, but I wanted him to face some kind of justice before the election. Was it too much to formerly see mr. trump officially become Prisoner trump while he the judge dresses him down like the criminal he is, and then frog marched out the back door to Rikers Island in handcuffs, while the judge tells the prisoners to have his attorneys go whine up the judicial food chain.

                Perhaps even an ankle bracelet is too much given that the Supreme Court seems to be base their judgement in the 2025 project rather than the Constitution, but that doesn’t make sense, given that this is the New York State Court System which has some autonomy from the Federal Judiciary. It is sad to think that politics is more important than whatever is in the Constitution of the State of New York. At least trump remains a felon, but that doesn’t seem to shut his pie-hole from spewing lies.

                Although the key to all of this is delay, and trump has managed to delay it this far, at least as far as trials go. There is hope in this ‘mini-trial’ with the January 6th election interference. The republicans have so far missed a beat, citing this mini-trial is in essence trial through the media, but that is better than no trial at all. Given the Supreme Court majority’s now interpreting law based on The Heritage Foundations 2025 project and the whims of trump rather than through the Constitution. It might be interesting to see how such a trial would go after the election, no matter who wins. Perhaps the thought of an election interference trial for 2020 while the same thing is going on in 2024.

                There is another reason to be optimistic. The legal problems of Donald james trump are only beginning he has three judgements against him for over a half a billion dollars of which he has only two hundred million on bond for. There is still a real chance that he could lose trump-tower, Mar-a-Lago and Bedminster. Then there is the Classified documents case appeal pending. That alone should land him in a black hole in either Guantanamo Bay or Leavenworth.

                If nothing else, this is the wrong time for this to publicly come out. The ties with lamestream media like the New York Times Editorial Staff and whoever is rolling Cathrine Grahm (Washington Post) in her grave, can only go so far. Be it in their filing cabinet that carries whatever David (National Enquirer) Pecker’s dirt or is it poostki; it could also be whatever drugs that they all party with trump with. The answer could also be in their files or duplicates on Epstein Island. There is also a chance that drug testing Giuliani could yield results on that front. No mater what, there is some reporter or group like Pro-Publica that has been doing the job of exposing all of this. Right now the truth is out there for those of us who dare to look. The real question is how many care to. It is easy to point to the disturbing percentage who get their ‘information’ from faux or (even worse) fright wing media. I would like to see the true numbers of faux, but they are harder to get than anything else on the internet, without the proper ‘Need to know $$$$$$$’ Then we can’t be sure if some can be reached, but then they would only be part of lamestream media, who take that well worn trail to complacency that seems to have trump or whatever republican in charge, while taking solace in the safety of being able to use the proper bathroom or being able to regulate Gay marriage, or is it abortion? Somehow there will be something more to fear that short-circuits the ability to rationally think and realize what is going on. It also could be alcohol combined with whatever is in your medicine cabinet. Think about this as you read or watch the coming weeks on the campaign trail and in the courtroom. Just remember, this isn’t a drama or Law and Order. We have to live in the world created by these events, even if you happen to be a judge.
