2024 Here I go and I don't know why

All the preparation in the world likely won’t make you feel ready because you can never prepare for the unknown. Learn what you can and then trust in yourself. You can never know what’s coming, but you can have faith that you can handle it.

            As we close the celebratory last hurrah of the holidays, these words face me on some tiny buddha daily calendar gave me pause. Here I am preparing for the ‘real’ start of what will be an absolutely crazy year, these words are the best preparation I can offer to anyone who dares to venture into this dark corner of the internet.

            Yes, I can predict there will be court dates, but beyond that I have no idea when the courts will punt the issue to when hell freezes over or even if they do. I guess I will go with the D C Court of appeals three judge panel will listen to trump’s whining arguments designed to delay the process, and I do so desperately that they bang the gavel and relegate them to the netherworlds it belongs, but my fear is that there will be some ruling that will be immediately appealed that can be delayed by both the full D C Court of appeals or the Supreme Court itself until when hell freezes over or the November Election. The same goes for the 14th Amendment argument, but that requires a ruling, but given that we are dealing with lawyers who can invent any loophole for whatever reason.  The problem is this one is way too cut and dried.

             I guess I feel ready, but this is far from predictable, and I can easily be thrown for a loop if say the D C court three judge panel makes a ruling against trump and either the full D C Court of appeals automatically back the ruling or John Roberts says that the Supreme Court will not hear the case or outright backs the ruling by a 7-2 vote (Thomas and Alito are hopeless).

            Perhaps I can predict what the media will do, but that has more to do with ratings and money than what is best for the Constitution as we know it, some of us want to still practice it.  Despite pootski’s or is it hitlers version will be championed by uncle rupert’s faux and fright wing media’s claims. I am more with the sway that has with lamestream media, as there are claims of preventing rioting in the streets as if what they say no mater what we might do.  Lamestream media will never admit that. Uncle rupert might cut off the credit at the lamestream latte barista.
